2. We confirm the scope. We'll ask questions, look at photos if you have them, and let you know the soonest we can get out to you.
3. Our crew does the work. A member of our own W-2 crew arrives with the tools and materials for the job, works through the list, and cleans up before leaving.
4. Bigger than expected? If a repair turns out to be part of a larger problem, we'll explain what we found and talk through options — including a remodel estimate if it makes sense.
